How long will it take to repair or replace my Bigatmo’s?

Replacement: If it’s a stock item and the item is in stock, we can usually get it to you inside the UK within 2 working days once we receive the original pair you are returning. Outside the UK is often about 5 or more working days depending on where in the world you live and the type of shipping you have chosen.

Repair: If your Bigatmo’s are being returned for repair it will take approximately 14 working days from when we receive them, if at all possible we’ll do it sooner, as we know what a pain it can be to be without them.
