How long does it take to process a return?
Within the UK: If you have returned your glasses to us via a trackable service, you should hear from us, in the form of an email within 2-3 working days to confirm receipt.
Outside the UK it may take a bit longer.
Once processed we will inform you of when to expect your delivery from us, this is usually within 3-5 working days.
If we can improve this time frame, we do.
If you require a refund and providing your glasses have been returned undamaged and in their original condition, information as to when to expect payment will also be sent via email. Refunds will be processed minus any postage paid, unless due to returns made under warranty. Refunds are generally made within 2-3 working days of receiving the returned items.
