EU Countries and Return Items. You must contact Bigatmo BEFORE SENDING any Return Items Back to us. This is to avoid unnecessary charges. Since Brexit, the rules around shipping have changed. Everything that is shipped or returned to Bigatmo from any European country must now be accompanied by all the correct paperwork. Returns paperwork must be filled out ONLY with our guidance. If a parcel is shipped without the correct paperwork you will incur charges. Bigatmo will not be liable for these charges. To avoid any unnecessary issues, you must contact us to arrange for your return to be shipped properly with the correct paperwork.

I have scratched the lens, am I covered by warranty?

The Bigatmo warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratched lenses or general wear and tear. Please refer to the Care section. Any alteration of Bigatmo products (including the fitting of non-Bigatmo prescription lenses) will invalidate this warranty.
