I made a mistake when ordering. What should I do?

RX prescription Just give us a call as soon as you notice any mistake. We have a brief period to make any changes before the processing begins, so please don’t delay- *Terms and Conditions apply

 

 

Non- prescription  We try to get our orders out within a day or two of receiving them, so again there is only a small window of opportunity to change your mind. However if the order has already been dispatched when you change your mind, just send them back using a trackable service and we will send you the correct pair.
